- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- must be dependable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and pastries according to service standards
- clean, sanitize and maintain store
- ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicating shortages
- efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues
- assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
- additional duties as assigned
