Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks needed in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with company drug-free workplace policies
- Must be able to work well in team settings and adapt to changing situations

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders, answering questions, calling guests by name and thanking them for their order
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards while delivering legendary service
- Stay calm during periods of high volume to maintain proper store operations and set a positive example for the team
- Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests while following brand and customer service policies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to enhance the culture, values, and mission of the brand and follow operational policies including safety and security
- Request assistance when needed and work cooperatively with the team to maintain a strong, supportive work environment
