Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex ingredient combinations according to standardized recipes
- Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Multitask to perform duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues or refer to leadership
- Identify ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards and correct issues immediately
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards of work area
- Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
- Create personalized customer experiences demonstrating product knowledge
- Perform effective service recovery for product quality issues
