Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to motivate and support team members
- Availability to work between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks related to beverage preparation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Support and motivate team members during shifts
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Participate in training sessions to improve beverage preparation skills
