- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and cash register

Job Duties
- Complies with healthcare foodservice industry standards and regulations, including food temperature monitoring and personal hygiene adherence
- Prepares and serves meals according to menus and dietary guidelines
- Maintains knowledge of recipe ingredients to address food allergy and special dietary requests
- Delivers high-quality patient and customer experience with accurate portioning and presentation
- Provides customer service and sales support including operating cash registers
- Assembles, delivers, and retrieves patient trays and prepares cold food items
- Supports sanitation and maintenance including dishwashing and cleaning
- Stocks food and supply items and assists with inventory checks
