Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to grasp and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
  • Ability to move through confined spaces and up/down stairs
  • Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Open availability for full-time schedule

Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
  • Clean all equipment and work areas
  • Lock doors at end of shifts
  • Input orders into cash register system and collect payments
  • Prepare food and coffee beverages
  • Bus tables and coffee cart areas
  • Clean dishes, utensils, and equipment throughout the day
  • Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
