Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior work experience required but preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments, and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that vary based on business necessities and client requirements
