Job Requirements
- Must have one year of customer service experience
- preferred: at least one year of experience working in a high-volume coffee shop
- preferred: previous cash handling experience
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- ability to learn and maintain knowledge of coffee establishment products and procedures
- ability to bend, twist, walk and stand to perform job functions
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to bend, stoop or kneel
- must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- use of hand dexterity for writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, shaking

Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- greets all guests with a smile and friendly disposition while taking food and beverage orders
- answers questions about menu items and offers recommendations
- calls guests by name
- thanks them for their order before they leave
- prepares and delivers quality beverages and food products consistently to all guests by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- operates a cash register and receives payment from guests while following all brand and company cash handling policies
- keeps the store clean, stocked, and organized
- decorates customer display areas to be aesthetically pleasing and up to brand standards
- follows operational policies and procedures including those for health, safety, and security
