Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a barista role
- minimum 1 year
- preferably in a fast-paced cafe or bakery setting
- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation
- strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- ability to speak English proficiently
- bi-lingual is a huge plus
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare/serve a variety of coffee and other beverages
- consistently maintain high standards of quality and presentation with beverages
- operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc
- uphold cleanliness and proper sanitation standards
- answer guest's questions about the beverages, dishes, or pastries offered
- occasionally run food items, pastries, and beverages to the guests
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience
- accurately use POS (point of sale) system to complete transactions when necessary
