Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of standing for long hours and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and recipes

Job Duties
- Greet and connect with each guest
- Seek opportunities to educate guests about our products
- Suggestively sell gift cards and other products that benefit our business and guests
- Process all transactions in a timely and friendly manner
- Manage cash drawer
- Prepare all orders according to brand recipes with both speed and accuracy
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment and workstations
- Open and close store according to company procedures
