- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation is a plus

Job Duties
- greet and serve customers with friendliness and efficiency
- prepare specialty coffee beverages according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- replenish stock and manage inventory as needed
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- collaborate with team members to create an inviting atmosphere
