- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages
- operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- provide excellent customer service and handle transactions
- educate customers about menu offerings and ingredients
- follow health and safety guidelines
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
