- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards

- Operate coffee and brewing equipment efficiently
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
