Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods
- excellent communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- availability to work flexible shifts including day, mid, and closing shifts
- ability to commute or relocate to Fairview Heights, IL 62208
- willingness to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and connect with every guest
- educate customers about our drinks, merchandise, gift cards, and app
- take orders, process payments and maintain your cash drawer accurately
- prepare all drinks to brand standards and speed guidelines
- keep customers and coworker areas clean and stocked
- support your team and maintain a positive fast paced work environment
- show genuine appreciation to every customer
