Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid work authorization
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- customer service orientation
- willingness to learn and adapt
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or a customer-facing role preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math and cash handling skills
- passion for specialty coffee and customer satisfaction
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare and serve handcrafted specialty coffee beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
- operate coffee making equipment efficiently and safely
- handle cash transactions and use point-of-sale systems
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
