Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items
- Operate Turbo Chef oven following instruction and safety requirements by cooking all breakfast sandwiches correctly
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers with precision
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation to enhance their experience
- Take orders accurately, including customizations and dietary preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, equipment, and seating zones
- Restock supplies like coffee beans, syrups, cups, and pastries
- Upsell and recommend menu items based on guest preferences
- Process payments using the hotel's POS system
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless service across departments
- Comply with health and safety standards and hotel policies
