Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 16 years old
- reliable transportation to and from work
- basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards
- provide friendly and attentive customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- handle transactions accurately using the point of sale system
- restock supplies and inventory as needed
- follow health and safety guidelines
- participate in ongoing training and development
