Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to company recipes
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area
- Operate coffee equipment safely and effectively
- Handle cash and process customer payments accurately
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
