Job Requirements

Ability to work the hours of 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
previous experience in similar role
knowledge in preparing lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, and other specialty coffees and teas
excellent customer service skills
dependability and regular attendance
must be willing to learn work in other areas of the hotel to assist as needed
must have or be able to obtain food safety handling certificate

Job Duties

Welcome and provide personalized service to all guests
assist guests by helping take orders and suggesting daily specials
prepare foods and drinks such as fruit and coffee drinks or smoothies
arrange food in the pastry case and inform kitchen when items need to be restocked
wipe spills and maintain cleanliness of all appliances, espresso machine and counter space throughout the shift
clear and clean tables as they are vacated
able to work with point of sale software and inventory software
