Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- passion for coffee and tea
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required of the role
- willingness to promote and adhere to company safety standards

Job Duties
- create coffee moments and share knowledge with guests
- lead by example and advocate for the team through coaching and training
- be a coffee and tea expert and share passion with guests
- generate new guests by providing excellent store experience
- prioritize safety for employees and guests
- contribute to store operations including cleaning and stock organization
- build store presence and community connection
