- Minimum age of 17 years
- Previous customer service experience in a food service environment preferred
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Physical ability and stamina to perform essential functions of the position

Job Duties
- Preparing hot and cold beverages to serve
- Serving packaged and prepared foods
- Compiling routine food orders
- Receiving and putting away deliveries, cleaning and sanitation
- Operation of computerized POS for transactions
- Serve hot coffee and tea beverages
- Use and operate all appropriate equipment
- React politely and quickly to requests, queries, issues and grievances
- Accept cash and credit card transactions correctly, following proper funds practices
- Display a deep knowledge of all menu options
- Follow all applicable health and safety rules
- Support Starbucks’ culture, values, and goals
- Work under duress while maintaining a calm disposition
- Keep the business in good order and predict the demands of the customers
- Clean, organize, and stock supplies and facility
