Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, grasping, and repetitive motions
  • Comfort working in various environmental conditions including extreme cold and heat, noise, and narrow aisles

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or retail preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of sales and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
  • Lead by example and advocate for the team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
  • Be an expert in coffee and tea, sharing passion and training with guests
  • Generate new guests and help grow the customer base through excellent in-store experiences
  • Ensure safety by maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
  • Contribute to the store’s overall success by assisting with cleaning, organizing stock, and offering innovative ideas
  • Build and maintain the store’s presence by engaging with the local community
