Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead shifts and coach team members to drive sales and service performance
- Be a coffee and tea expert and passionately educate guests
- Generate new guests by cultivating a welcoming store presence
- Ensure safety and health of employees and guests as a top priority
- Assist with store tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and contributing innovative ideas
- Build store presence by engaging with the local community
