Job Requirements

- Experience in retail or food service
- Leadership skills

- Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions
Job Qualifications

- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in retail or food service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and tea with willingness to learn and train
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills for operation management
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example by advocating for the team and driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Serve as a coffee and tea expert, leveraging passion and training to engage with guests
- Generate new guests by building relationships and enhancing store presence
- Prioritize safety by maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to store success by helping with cleaning, organizing stock, and introducing innovative ideas
- Build store presence by connecting with the local community and advocating for the brand
