Job Duties

performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned
greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and food items according to service standards
cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining store standards
ensuring proper food handling procedures
stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils
maintaining adequate inventory and communicating shortages
efficiently serving customers with product knowledge
assisting with administrative duties such as ordering products and organizing stockrooms
researching and resolving quality and service complaints
receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries
occasional sign waving shifts
other duties as assigned
