Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Capable of handling fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Must have reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and engaging demeanor
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate coffee brewing and espresso machines efficiently
- Manage cash register and process payments accurately
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Participate in ongoing training and adhere to company policies
