Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or handling an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding measurements
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages adhering to Starbucks recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers taking orders accurately and offering product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including the coffee bar equipment and customer seating areas
- Operate coffee-making equipment and perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently following all cash handling procedures
- Uphold Starbucks standards of quality safety and sustainability in all aspects of work
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of Starbucks products and services
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and health and safety regulations
