Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
  • Capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
  • Able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
  • Completion of Invited Food & Beverage Service Training program
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to speak clearly and effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members

Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards of service following Invited Food & Beverage service training program
  • Provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure complete knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
  • Greet members by name providing a warm welcome making them feel at home
  • Assist fellow employees ensuring a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
  • Handle member and guest complaints using service recovery techniques ensuring prompt resolution
  • Complete daily assignments and side work ensuring work areas are organized clean and well-stocked
