Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or barista role preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and various sweet offerings according to service standards
- clean, sanitize and maintain store
- ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- ensure consistent product availability by maintaining adequate inventory and communicating shortages
- efficiently serve customers with product knowledge
- research and resolve quality and service complaints or issues
- assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
- perform additional duties as assigned
