Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- brew, mix and/or blend beverages according to set standards
- Prepare food items according to procedures
- Ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work area is clean
- Operate cash register to itemize purchases and process payments
- Stock items and rotate coffee and merchandise displays
- Maintain understanding of current store programs and product locations
- Use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
- Notify manager when products and supplies need ordering
- Comply with company policies on security, cash handling, and product handling
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked department
- Communicate company programs, specials, and coupons to customers
- Follow PPE and safety guidelines
- Follow food safety and cleaning expectations
- Follow guest experience guidelines
- May be assigned tasks in other departments
- Additional responsibilities as needed
