Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • brew, mix and/or blend beverages according to set standards
  • Prepare food items according to procedures
  • Ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work area is clean
  • Operate cash register to itemize purchases and process payments
  • Stock items and rotate coffee and merchandise displays
  • Maintain understanding of current store programs and product locations
  • Use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
  • Notify manager when products and supplies need ordering
  • Comply with company policies on security, cash handling, and product handling
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked department
  • Communicate company programs, specials, and coupons to customers
  • Follow PPE and safety guidelines
  • Follow food safety and cleaning expectations
  • Follow guest experience guidelines
  • May be assigned tasks in other departments
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
