Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
reliable transportation to and from the work location
ability to stand for extended periods
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
no previous work experience required but preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
excellent customer service skills
ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
record all sales and operate a cash register
collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned according to business needs and client requirements
