Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- reliable transportation to and from the work location
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- no previous work experience required but preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales and operate a cash register
- collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned according to business needs and client requirements
