Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and evenings
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude
- Prepare and serve amazing coffee drinks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Engage and motivate team members to uphold a positive environment
- Operate coffee equipment and cash registers accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs promptly
- Handle cash tips responsibly at the end of each shift
