Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for coffee and tea
  • Ability to train and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of retail or food and beverage operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge and sustainability practices with guests
  • Lead by example by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
  • Act as a coffee and tea expert by gaining and sharing product passion and knowledge
  • Generate new guests through excellent customer engagement and community presence
  • Ensure safety and health standards for employees and guests
  • Assist with cleaning, organizing stock, and contributing innovative ideas to store operations
  • Build store presence by connecting with the local community as the face of the brand
