Job Requirements
- Completed or working towards a high school diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Ability to read simple verbal or written instructions
- Effective communication skills one on one and with small groups
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using American units
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass drug test
- Commitment to customer service

- Ability to work overtime occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create personalized customer experiences by demonstrating knowledge of coffee and products
- Maintain quality by diligently keeping equipment and store environment clean and functional
- Work collaboratively to support team success and follow store policies
- Operate cash register and handle money according to company procedures
- Perform general sanitation duties to meet health and safety standards
- Assist with baling cardboard and handling deliveries if trained
- Use Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Assist in other store departments when needed
