Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Basic math skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
Answer any questions and call guests by name
Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
Stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example
Operate a cash register and receive payment following brand and HMSHost policies
Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and HMSHost
