Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail industry
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must comply with company safety and health policies
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Willingness to engage with customers and foster a positive team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Passion for coffee and tea products
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing coffee knowledge and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example and drive sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Be a coffee and tea expert by gaining and sharing product knowledge with guests
- Generate new guests and promote the store as a welcoming community space
- Ensure safety standards are met for employees and guests
- Contribute to store success by assisting with cleaning, organizing stock, and innovating operational practices
- Build store presence by connecting with the local community as a brand advocate
