Job Requirements

Be 18 years or older
Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and evenings
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to undergo paid training
Must have a friendly and energetic personality
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling cash tips

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Serve coffee and other beverages quickly and with excellence
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate and motivate team members to achieve daily goals
Participate in paid training programs to develop coffee-making skills
Handle cash tips and shift-end procedures accurately
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
