Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to operate and maintain specialized kitchen equipment
- Ability to uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work variable days and every other weekend

Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex ingredient combinations according to standardized recipes
- Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Multitask across duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues, and escalate to leadership as needed
- Identify ingredients and finished products not meeting quality standards and correct issues immediately
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
- Create personalized customer experiences by demonstrating product knowledge and accuracy
- Perform effective service recovery if products do not meet customer expectations
