- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work well with others
- strong work ethic
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers warmly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workstations
- operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- assist in training new team members
