Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and climbing
  • willingness to work in varying environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold
  • legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
  • lead by example and drive sales and service performance through coaching and training
  • act as a coffee and tea expert sharing passion with guests
  • generate new guests by representing the brand effectively
  • ensure safety and prioritize health of employees and guests
  • contribute to store success by assisting with cleaning, stocking, and offering innovative ideas
  • build store presence and community connection as the face of the brand
