Job Duties
- providing personalized service to all guests
- wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning
- removing trash
- being personable and able to meet the public
- possessing cashier experience and computer knowledge
- proactively counting money before shifts to avoid miscalculations
- greeting and welcoming customers
- resolving different types of complaints or referring them to the restaurant manager
- tabulating data regarding bills and expenses in cash registers or computers
- informing customers about available payment modes
- stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- handling money, currencies, and coins accurately
- performing repetitive tasks without errors
- maintaining transaction records on computers
- demonstrating excellent interpersonal and people skills
- dealing with customers politely
- maintaining neat appearance
- being multilingual is preferred
