Job Requirements

Part-time employment
Must be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Must follow company procedures for communicating time off requests
Must bring good personal hygiene and professional appearance to work daily
Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds
Must have the physical endurance to stand for long periods
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be safety conscious and follow sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
Ability to work carefully and quickly with hot water, glass bottles, and dairy products
Capability to work outdoors for prolonged periods regardless of weather
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand on feet for hours at a time
Ability to climb and use ladders safely
Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary for stocking and cleaning tasks
Ability to safely walk between and around cars in drive-thru line
Ability to safely use a utility knife

Job Duties

Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and key them correctly into the point-of-sale system
Collect payments and count back change accurately to customers
Prepare all drinks and premixes efficiently
Move with urgency to serve customers promptly
Stay productive and proactive throughout the shift, even during slow periods
Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language
Know the menu and drink customizations thoroughly, offer suggestions and recommendations
Bring best self to work daily with good hygiene and appropriate dress
Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
Be clocked in and ready to work at assigned position at shift start
Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment following standards and sanitation regulations
