Job Requirements
- Part-time employment
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must follow company procedures for communicating time off requests
- Must bring good personal hygiene and professional appearance to work daily
- Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must have the physical endurance to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be safety conscious and follow sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
- Ability to work carefully and quickly with hot water, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Capability to work outdoors for prolonged periods regardless of weather
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand on feet for hours at a time
- Ability to climb and use ladders safely
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary for stocking and cleaning tasks
- Ability to safely walk between and around cars in drive-thru line
- Ability to safely use a utility knife
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and key them correctly into the point-of-sale system
- Collect payments and count back change accurately to customers
- Prepare all drinks and premixes efficiently
- Move with urgency to serve customers promptly
- Stay productive and proactive throughout the shift, even during slow periods
- Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language
- Know the menu and drink customizations thoroughly, offer suggestions and recommendations
- Bring best self to work daily with good hygiene and appropriate dress
- Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- Be clocked in and ready to work at assigned position at shift start
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment following standards and sanitation regulations
