Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • capability to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
  • ability to stock supplies and manage inventory
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • willingness to participate in paid training
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively and work within a team
  • knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation a plus
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Duties
