Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to engage with diverse customers and team members
- ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- create coffee moments - share your knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- lead by example and advocate for your team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- be a coffee and tea expert by delivering passion and training to guests
- generate new guests and engage with the community
- ensure safety and health of employees and guests
- contribute to store success by assisting with cleaning, stock organization, and innovative ideas
- build store presence through community connection
