Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization under pressure
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- Answer any questions from guests
- Call guests by name and thank them for their order
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Stay calm during high volume periods to maintain store operations
- Operate a cash register and process payments following brand and company policies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to uphold company culture and mission
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
