Job Requirements

At least high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in specialty coffee
Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines and related equipment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Flexibility to work day and morning shifts, including weekends
Ability to commute to Seattle, WA 98121

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee setting
Strong knowledge of espresso equipment, drink standards, and milk texturing
A passion for coffee and hospitality
Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Availability on weekends is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality espresso and coffee beverages quickly and consistently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and cafe environment
Provide friendly, attentive customer service and build relationships with guests
Support teammates during rushes and slower shifts alike
Participate in opening and closing duties, including dialing in espresso, stocking, and cleaning
Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage service
