- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example and advocate for the team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Serve as a coffee and tea expert to share passion and product knowledge with guests
- Generate new guests and enhance store presence by engaging with the local community
- Ensure safety by prioritizing the well-being of employees and guests
- Contribute to store success through assistance with cleaning, organizing stock, and innovative problem-solving
- Build store presence as the face of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf by connecting with the community
