Job Requirements
- Works a flexible schedule
- Works a minimum of three shifts per week
- Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests
- Regularly works necessary shifts including weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary
- Is clocked in and ready to work at assigned position when shift begins
Job Qualifications
- Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes
- Ability to work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Ability to work outdoors for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand comfortably for hours at a time
- Ability to climb ladders and use stepladders
- Ability to perform physical movements such as bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting as needed for stocking and cleaning
- Ability to safely walk between and around cars in the drive-thru line
- Ability to safely use a utility knife
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key in orders to the point of sale system
- Collect payments for orders and correctly count back any change to the customer
- Prepare all drinks and premixes accurately and efficiently
- Move with urgency on the customer's time to ensure swift service
- Stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, even when business is slow
- Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and drink offerings to guide customers and suggest recommendations
- Dress appropriately for the assigned position and bring their best self to work every day
- Execute shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores as needed to stay on task
- Be clocked in and ready at their assigned position when their shift begins
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness at all times
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to organizational standards and sanitation regulations
