Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible and varying shifts, including open availability preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- No previous experience required but preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned which may vary based on business needs and client requirements
