Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or food service leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and train a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to comply with safety and operational procedures
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create coffee moments - share knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
  • Lead by example and advocate for the team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
  • Be an expert in coffee and tea by leveraging provided training and sharing passion with guests
  • Generate new guests by creating engaging and memorable experiences
  • Care about safety by ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
  • Contribute to store success by helping with cleaning, organizing stock, and innovating new processes
  • Build store presence and connect with the local community as an advocate for the brand
